Hi Sue,
We met at the National in 2002. Sorry you have given up the Bengals. Good luck with your beautiful Turkish Vans. Hope to see you at a show sometime.

Hello Suzann and Steve! Hope you have everything four-legged under control at home. Phoenix and Alfie [Dam Shadycombe Tia Maria, Sire Yenicizgi Snow Fox (Theo)] are fine, they haven't stopped wreaking havoc at home just yet. Will send you more pictures of my sweet peas soon. I am glad that they still like each other a lot, they often cuddle up together and Phoenix then takes the opportunity to give him a good wash behind the ears! Alfie already weighs 5.5 kg while Phini is a bit behind with 3 kg. She is still a very petite Turkish Van girl but has developed a beautiful thick ruff around her neck which makes her look really pretty. Hopefully see you at the next Cat Show!

Hello Sue, thought it was time to leave you a note, well what can I say Simba and Squeak have really made themselves at home, they come and greet us when we go out, and in the morning Squeak lets herself be heard, she is such a noisey madam, wow that is an understatement. Simba also has found his voice and loves new people coming into the house, he makes them welcome with the in the face technique, just like you said he would. We have never had such naughty cats !!!! they are so full of life into everything. For example this is how we start the day, the alarm goes off cue Squeak to start yelling and jumping on the bed to let us know its time to get up, followed by Simba in your face. Ian gets up and goes down stairs to make tea and coffee followed by our kids, I get up and go to the toilet followed by Simba and Squeak oh how I love an audience, then into the bathroom, both cats jump into the bath and wait for me to turn on the bath water tap so they can play. I get dressed with both cats helping sort of, and go down stairs followed by the pair of them and Squeak lets us know its her breakfast time, and all this before we get out of the door in the morning. I could tell you loads of their mad cap capers but it would take such along time, thank you for letting us have them, they are wonderfull and have really made our family complete, any time you want to come and see them we would be happy for you to do so as we know it was hard for you to part with them, we also would love to foster any other adult cats that you need homes for. Take care and speak to you soon
with love Kirsti and Ian xxxxxxxxx

A BIG thank you to Sue and Steve for all their help, advice and support with our kittens. Your web site is fab and was the reason we came along to meet you and Jaia's 1st litter with Jelani..... (2 kittens reserved later....we came home!!) They are just adorable, hours worth of entertainment. Sue, you were so right, the best toy for a bengal is a bengal. Our boy (Hugo) and girl (Armani) have the most amazing little personalities, well trained already and have had a brilliant start to life thanks to you both. Professional, caring and very passionate about your animals. We would definitely recommend Tansdale to anyone wanting a kitten or cat.
Thanks again.
Tasha, Steve and Kittens
(p.s) Putting up the Christmas tree should be fun this year!!!

Hi, I purchased the sister of Virtual Reality. Her name is OaklandHills Asia 2 of SundanceCats. She is my first Bengal. I also have her half-sister, Targa, a brown marble. The girls are absolutely fabulous pets asnd the cornerstone of my breeding program. Asia 2 had her first litter onn my daughter's birthday. Darcy was born on 5/15/71. The litter was born on 5/15/03. The litter sire was born on 5/15/02, and two ancesters of Targa were born on 5-15. We hope 5/15 continues to be a good day, and may Jelani continue as your beautiful, healthy, fruitful stud!

SUCH A NICE WEB SITE. MY HUSBAND AND I, TOM HAVE RECENTLY ADOPTED A TURKISH VAN FROM OUR LOCAL ANIMAL SHELTER. HIS NAME IS PEANUT. ALTHOUGH AT FIRST I THOUGHT PEANUT WAS MIXED WITH SOME MAINE COON, HIS PREVIOUS OWNER HAS TOLD THE HUMANE PEOPLE THAT HE IS A TURKISH VAN, ALTHOUGH SHE CAN NOT FIND THE PAPERS ON HIM. SO OUR PEANUT HAS TURNED OUT TO BE A PRINCE AND NOT A PAUPER. OUR PRINCE PEANUT IS VERY VERY NOSEY AND HAS A FETISH FOR WATER, ANY TYPE. HE IS ALSO THE MOST LOVABLE CAT I HAVE SEEN IN QUITE SOME TIME. I HAVE ALWAYS HAD PERSIANS AND MY LAST FRIEND WAS A 26LB MAINE COON NAMED NERMAL, I LOST HIM AFTER 14YS TO OLD AGE. I LOVED YOUR SITE, WISH YOU WOULD PROVIDE A LITTLE MORE HISTORICAL BACKGROUND ON THE TURKISH VAN BREED, THE CFA SITE PRO- VIDES LIMITED INFO. PEANUT IS ESTIMATED TO BE THREE YEARS OLD AND JUST A BIG OLE PLAYFUL KITTEN, HOPEFULLY I WILL HAVE 14YRS PLUS WITH HIM. I MUST ALSO ADD THAT MY HUSBAND TOM, WHO IS THE MILITARY AND IN CUBA NOW, ADOPTED PEANUT TO KEEP ME COMPANY WHILE HE IS AWAY, AND ALSO BECAUSE WE BOTH FELL FOR THIS GUY THE MOMENT WE LOOKED INTO THAT FACE, WAS NOT A CAT PERSON....BUT I AM GLAD TO REPORT THAT HAS ALL CHANGED NOW !! TOM SAYS WHEN HE GOES TO THE COMMASSARY HE FINDS HIMSELF IN THE CAT SECTION, LOOKING.....I HAVE RE- CEIVED SOOOOOOO MANY CAT EMAIL CARDS FROM MY HUSBAND SINCE WE GOT PEANUT. AGAIN YOUR WEBISTE IS GREAT....BE NICE TO HAVE A LITTLE MORE INFO AND BACKGROUND ON THE TURKISH VANS. JOSIE, TOM AND "PEANUT" WILLIAMS
