Do you have any idea of Vankedisi breaders in Australia? I currently have a beautiful 16yr old Vankedisi who we picked up at a cat refuge as a kitten (completely unaware of her breed). I'd love to find out more about these cats in Australia!

MY Turkissh Van died at age 21. I obtained hime originally from a USArmy officer who had been at a missle site in TUrkey in 1971. I miss my old friend, who would not leave me alone ever, and who swam in our pond easliy. He weighted about 17 lbs and was not fat, so of course, I would like another larger male if possible.
Thank you, Richard Levin

Hi every one, this is tansdale tigerlily (Lily), i've just seen all the pics of my brothers sisters and cousins you're all as beautiful as me!
I'm such a mischievious little monster. I've learnt to open doors and then i sit on top of them! i play fetch just like my mum Kizi and i nibble my peoples fingers when i'm hungry!- which they're not too pleased about! i also trill like a bird, miaowing is so common and i am a posh cat after all!
I love it when my people show me the new pictures on the tansdale website and i even sit on top of the computer to watch! keep up the good work all.

I am a cat lover. I recently lost one of my cats a Ruddy Abbassynian and I would really like to now add a Turkish Van to my family.
My family consists of 1 Tonkinese 3 Rag Dolls and 1 Abbasynian. They must all be the most spoiled cats in the world.
My Rag Dolls were imported from the UK. I have a large house with a sizeable garden that is the protected home range of my pets.I have pictures available of my cats, my dogs and my home if you are interested.
I am a chartered accountant who was fortunate enough to retire young having previously been a senior executive of Anglo American plc. It was while working for thjis company in the UK that I first was introduced to breeds of cats which are not available in this country and with which I fell in love.
I am a cat lover and not a breeder.
I also have a couple of dogs who are as fond as I am of the cats.My dogs are two Airdales and a Yorkshire Terrier. We are all one big happy family. My pets are my life and constant companions after my wife who was also a great cat lover tragically died in 1999.
Could I reserve a Turkish Van female kitten from your next litter.
If there is any other information you require I will be happy to provide it.
I will also be happy to pay you a deposit should you require it.
Thank you

Love all the pictures of the Tansdale cats in their homes! Lovely idea to have all of them up there as well as your own cats. Pictures of Jadis from her first show should be forthcoming in February...
Great to see the other members of her family, especially the gorgeous Mr Blue winning things over in Japan!
